THIS CATEGORY IS OPEN TO EVERYONE IN THE PEST CONTROL INDUSTRY, INCLUDING TECHNICIANS, FIELD BIOLOGISTS AND SURVEYORS.

This award recognises the contributions of young pest controllers within the sector, while emphasising the importance of attracting new people to the industry. The judges are looking for a winner who is committed to enhancing personal skills and knowledge, by keeping up-to-date with learning. To qualify, the pest controller must be under the age of 30, as of January 1, 2023, and have been qualified for fewer than 10 years.
